We don’t offer returns at this time, unless you receive the wrong item OR item is damaged. If something is wrong with your order, please email us immediately! Please include pictures and order number so we can fix the issue as soon as possible.

When should I receive my order?

The Dirty Llama Co. is a one woman operation and I get orders out as soon as I possibly can. Items can take up to 4-5 weeks to ship. Some will be shipped in a few days and some items take a lot longer to make.

If I ordered a Mystery Box and another item, will they ship together?

Mystery Boxes have to be shipped separately from regular orders. So it’s possible to receive them within a day or two apart.

I received a damaged product or the wrong product, what should I do?

If your item is damaged or the wrong product was sent please email us within 7 days with pictures, order number, and any details so we can help!
